We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Veterinary Science Specialist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a background in animal health, welfare, and medical care, with hands-on experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing health issues in animals. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the well-being of animals and contribute to research and clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide medical care, diagnosis, and treatment to a variety of animals.
2. Conduct physical exams, vaccinations, and preventative care for animals.
3. Diagnose and treat injuries, illnesses, and diseases in animals.
4. Work closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to provide high-quality care.
5. Educate pet owners and farmers on best practices in animal care and disease prevention.
6. Maintain accurate records of animal treatments and medical histories.
7. Assist in research projects related to animal health and veterinary science.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc or M.V.Sc).
• Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Maharashtra.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital.
• Strong knowledge of animal health, diseases, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in animal surgery and emergency care.
• Proficiency in using veterinary medical equipment and technology.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in emergencies.
