Responsibilities :

• Livestock caretakers are responsible for providing proper nutrition and access to clean water for the animals. They ensure that animals receive the appropriate feed ration and monitor their consumption.
• They monitor the health of livestock, checking for signs of illness, injury, or distress. They administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments as directed by veterinarians. They also maintain vaccination records and assist with veterinary visits.
• Livestock caretakers ensure that animal housing and shelters are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They regularly clean stalls, pens, and barns and provide fresh bedding for the animals.
